Montgomery City Public Library

Attendance: President Patti Pazdera, Vice President Theo Tate, Secretary Angel Davis, Treasurer Jim Guffie, Library Director Gaylee Harris, Members Jamie Bukovac, Mark Clements, Jenny Cox, Pat Garrett, Anna Powell, and Shannon Brock. Absent: Molly Taylor.

The Montgomery City Public Library Board of Trustees meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m., June 11 by President Patti Pazdera. The agenda was approved. The consent agenda was approved.

Gaylee Harris presented the Library Director’s report.

There were no Communications from Board Members.

Gaylee Harris presented an overview of the 2025-2026 Strategic Plan.

The By-Laws/Policy moved to approve the new Meeting Room Policy as presented. The motion was seconded and passed.

Anna Powell presented the Friends of the Library report.

In Unfinished Business, all three new board members - Cassie Hasekamp, Tiffany Singer, Kellee Gentry – were approved.

There was no New Business.

There were no Patron Comments.

Theo Tate moved to adjourn into the Corporation Meeting at 7:20. The motion was seconded and passed.
